Group Benefits Hands-On Training for Advisors

The Brightin-Benefits Advisor Certification Program (BBACP) provides hands-on group benefits training for advisors. We enable benefits professionals to compliantly assist in the implementation and maintenance of their clients’ benefits programs. Our designation differs from the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEEBS) designation since we combine classroom instruction with case studies. Furthermore, our approach is focused around hands-on, practical learning for advisors, brokers and consultants. While our program is a mix of group benefits theory and case work, 70% our time is spent discussing real clients and/or prospects. BBACP is ideal for brokers or advisors who hold a life license and would like to expand their practice to group insurance.

Advisors and brokers joining the program, must have an active Life License in good standing and valid Errors and Omissions Insurance.
